Refund policy

PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING ORDER

We only ship to billing addresses. All orders with different shipping addresses will be canceled. Please be sure to include apartment and/ or suite number if applicable.  Once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. USPS is responsible and any other questions and concerns should be through them once a tracking number is provided. (1-800-275-8777)

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Our ultimate goal is for our customers to be satisfied.
